    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency oscillation apparatus capable of outputting the high frequency of a wider bandwidth by frequency conversion, and to provide a voltage conversion circuit that controls the apparatus. SOLUTION: The high-frequency oscillation apparatus includes: a high frequency output terminal for outputting the high frequency; a mixer 21, provided with first and second input terminals and connected to the high-frequency output terminal; an oscillator 11 connected to the first input terminal, and for outputting a first oscillation frequency, corresponding to a first control voltage; and an oscillator 12, connected to the second input terminal, and for outputting a second oscillation frequency corresponding to a second control voltage. The respective oscillation frequency characteristics of the oscillators 11 and 12 are set, such that the change in the characteristics of the first oscillation frequency for the first control voltage and the change in the characteristics of the second oscillation frequency for the second control voltage are related, being opposite to each other; and the lowest value of one of the first and second oscillation frequencies is set so as to be higher than the highest value of the other of the first and second oscillation frequencies. In the instance shown, n=1 and p=2. The ratio in which frequency is multiplied or divided is then p or a multiple of p. The plates 2, 4 are connected through a circuit 5 tuned to the fundamental, and the plates 6, 8, are connected through a circuit 11 tuned to the pth harmonic or to a harmonic thereof. If the fundamental is supplied to or generated in circuit 5 or 11, the harmonic or subharmonic, as the case may be, is produced in circuit 11 or 5.
