    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost, and to prolong the life by using a single-phase AC power supply, and forming a motor out of a simple drive (speed control) circuit. SOLUTION: This motor is a two-pole flat motor having air gaps in axial directions. The motor is provided with an excitation coil 5 which generates AC magnetic fluxes by the single-phase AC power supply and a pair of permanent magnets 6, 7 which generate DC magnetic fluxes, and is composed of a stator 1 which generates those magnetic fluxes in the axial direction of a shaft 3, and a disk-shaped rotor 2 on which a short-circuiting winding 10 to which diodes 11 for causing a half-wave rectified current to flow by the AC magnetic fluxes are connected in series, is wound in the circumferential direction at equal intervals. The AC magnetic fluxes generated by the excitation coil 5 of the stator 1 and the DC magnetic fluxes generated by the permanent magnets 6, 7 are generated in directions vertical to the surface of the rotor 2. A force in one direction acts on the short-circuiting winding 10 by the DC magnetic fluxes and a current which flows in the short-circuiting coil 10 by the AC magnetic fluxes, and this generates continuous torque and rotates the rotor 2.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the workability of a coil mounting and the efficiency of a magnetic circuit by inserting an exciting coil into a stationary pole in a radial outside, and providing a projected yoke which forms the returning path of a magnetic circuit. CONSTITUTION:A stationary pole 24 formed integrally between a pair of yoke covers 29 and 29' of front and back sides with a round shape at the front side, and front and rear yokes 26 and 26' of the state interposed between the front side and the back side are secured. Rotary poles 23, 23' of disc shape are secured in contact to the both axial ends of a permanent magnet 21 of disc shape magnetized axially uniformly, and a rotational shaft 22 is passed through the poles. Outer toothed poles 23a, 23'a of tooth shape are respectively formed on the outer peripheries of the poles 23, 23'. Further, a stationary pole 24 having an internal tooth pole 24-1a is disposed on the outer periphery, and a slit 30 and an exciting coil 27 inserted into a coil winding portion 24-1b are provided together with a yoke 25. Projected yoke faces 29a, 29'a are formed to reduce a magnetic resistance, and a returning path of a coil magnetic circuit is formed.

    • PURPOSE:To lighten an apparatus in weight by fixing a stator, where three homopolar magnets are arranged on the same circumference, and another stator, which is opposite in polarity to the former stator and has a structure similar to that of the former, at both ends of a case and by connecting a pair of blade members composed of magnetic material through a magnetic cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A stator formed by the arrangement of permanent magnets 8a-8c, 9a-9c with an arrangement angle set at 15 deg.-120 deg. on the same circumference is attached to both ends of a case 6. The circumferential inner and outer surfaces of the magnets 8a-8c are magnetized with N and S poles respectively, and those of the magnets 9a-9c, with polarities opposite thereto. A rotating shaft 1 inserted through the case 6 is fitted with rotors 2 at both ends of the case 6. The rotors 2 are formed by the connection through a ferromagnetic material cylinder 2C of members 2A, 2B composed of three blades 21-23 obtained by working of a magnetic body. A solenoid 5 is wound around frames 71, 72 attached to the case 6 between the rotors 2. When the rotors 2 are rotated, a magnetic flux changes in each space 10 between the permanent magnets so that a voltage is generated in the solenoid 5. Thus, it is possible to manufacture a light apparatus with good efficiency.
