    • There is disclosed a rotor structure of an inner rotor type motor comprising a stator including annular stator yokes each having a plurality of pole teeth along an inner circumference thereof and coils arranged inside the stator yokes, each coil constructed by winding a magnet wire and a rotor rotatably disposed with a small gap from the pole teeth of the annular yokes and having a permanent magnet arranged opposite to the pole teeth. The permanent magnet comprises a plurality of discrete segment magnets, which are arranged apart from each other by resin molding. Thus, the inexpensive inner rotor type motor rotor can be structured by using the magnet having excellent magnetic characteristics.

    • A stator core of an AC generator for vehicles is laminated by helically winding a band-like steel plate and is formed to be approximately cylindrical. A yoke of the stator core is held between a pair of frames. An axial extending groove-like recess is provided in the outer peripheral portion of the stator core, and a through-bolt is arranged within the recess. It is possible to provide an AC generator for vehicles at low cost in which an axial center position of the through-bolt is controlled to thereby considerably reduce a moment component when the through-bolt is axially fastened to prevent an occurrence of looseness of the through-bolt and which prevents output from lowering, is small in size, is excellent in the resistance to vibration, and is low in noise.

    • A method for making a stator of a brushless direct current motor, includes the steps of: winding a coil set to predetermined turns, thereby forming a ring body having a central hole, and performing an insulation process; mounting at least two pole plates on two end faces of the coil set respectively, the pole face and the magnetically conducting plates of each pole plate encompassing the inner and outer periphery of the coil set respectively, and a wiring head of the coil set being drawn outside of the pole plate; and mounting a combination member on the magnetically conducting rings (or plates) of each pole plate, thereby forming a stator. The pole faces of each pole plate may be induced with the permanent magnet of the rotor.

    • A motor includes a rotor, a stator having a core, end brackets, and plural binders. The stator core has plural layers and a plurality of axially extending dovetail grooves in its cylindrical outer surface and arranged at predetermined spacing around its circumference. The brackets are each a bottomed cylinder with a bearing bottom portion supporting the rotor shaft. Plural projections are formed at the axially inner end of each of the brackets and project axially inward into the dovetail grooves. Plural axially extending grooves are formed on the cylindrical outer surface of each of the brackets at predetermined spacing around the circumference with the grooves of the two brackets being axially aligned. Bent ends of the binders engage outer ends of the brackets to clamp the stator core.
