    • This invention relates to apparatus and methods for filling a conventional Bourdon tube (12) with an outgassed fluid to permit use of the Bourdon tube to measure fluid pressures at high temperatures. The filling device includes a hot reservoir (38) containing hydraulic fluid that has been heated to facilitate outgassing and a cold reservoir (40) in fluid communication with the hot reservoir (38) to prevent exposure of the fluid in the hot reservoir to oxygen. A vacuum line (52) connected to the cold reservoir (40) permits evacuation of the filling apparatus, the Bourdon tube and a typical bellows (18) that may be attached to the Bourdon tube. The bellows (18) is mechanically compressed and provided with a center post (22) to reduce the volume of the bellows by about fifty percent. After the Bourdon tube, the bellows and the hydraulic fluid in the hot reservoir have been heated and outgassed, the vacuum is removed from the cold reservoir to permit hydraulic fluid to flow from the hot reservoir into the bellows and Bourdon tube. After the Bourdon tube and bellows are filled, the filling apparatus is disconnected from the fill port, which is then plugged to prevent leakage.

    • The invention disclosed is a magnetic induction type pressure sensor comprising bourdon pipe, transmission mechanism and printed circuit board. The bourdon pipe could product a linear deformation proportionally pressure acting on it, to drive central rotation shaft through the transmission mechanism. There is a rotating dish on the shaft, with magnet provided for the outer edge. When the rotating dish relatively move to the printed circuit board the magnetic spring switch whereon could be inducted to close through magnetism of the magnetic in order to turn on the circuit by the magnetic spring switch. Displacement produced by the bourdon pipe, corresponding being measured pressure, could drive the rotating dish to pivot the central rotation shaft through the transmission mechanism, as to turn on the magnetic spring switch on the corresponding position to obtain the corresponding resistance value.

    • The invention discloses an induct-type oil pressure detecting means. It could drive a mechanical component to product a displacement corresponding to the travel acting received and provide an induced signal corresponding to the displacement of an iron core in inductance coil. It then could display the measured value by circuit transforming and discriminating. The pressure sense element is a Bourdon Pipe in the first aspect of the invention, or a floating ball in the second aspect of the invention. So depending on moving position of the iron core in the inductance coil it could provide a corresponding induced signal from the characteristic relation between the iron core displacement and frequency, as to provide the value about being measured pressure or oil quantity from the signal changing by transforming the induced signal to corresponding signal of current, voltage or frequency through circuits.
