摘要： A Kalman filter and deep reinforcement learning based yaw misalignment control method of wind turbines is disclosed. During the normal operation of a wind turbine, the yaw misalignment control method of the present invention calculates non-stationary assembly angles by applying a Kalman filter to a series of really measured relative wind direction values and predicts non-stationary flow deflection angles through an actor-critic flow deflection angle prediction deep reinforcement learning model and then, by estimating and calibrating the yaw misalignment, the calibration of the yaw misalignment with the non-stationarity is completely automated, maximizing the reduction in operating costs for manual calibration of the non-stationarity of the yaw misalignment.

摘要： Systems and methods of autonomous farm-level control and optimization of wind turbines are provided. Exemplary embodiments comprise a site controller running on a site server. The site controller collects and analyzes yaw control data of a plurality of wind turbines and wind direction data relating to the plurality of wind turbines. The site server determines collective wind direction across an area occupied by the plurality of wind turbines and sends yaw control signals including desired nacelle yaw position instructions to the plurality of wind turbines. The site controller performs wake modeling analysis and determines desired nacelle positions of one or more of the plurality of wind turbines.

摘要： A method for controlling yaw of a wind turbine (1) is disclosed. One or more wind turbine blades (5) are connected to a blade carrying structure (4) via a hinge (6), each wind turbine blade (5) thereby being arranged to perform pivot movements relative to the blade carrying structure (4) between a minimum pivot angle and a maximum pivot angle. The wind turbine (1) further comprising an adjustable biasing mechanism (8, 11, 12) arranged to apply an adjustable biasing force to each wind turbine blade (5) which biases the wind turbine blade (5) towards a position defining minimum pivot angle or towards a position defining maximum pivot angle. A yaw signal, e.g. a yaw moment (10), of the wind turbine (1) is detected and compared to a reference yaw signal. In the case that the difference between the detected yaw signal and the reference yaw signal exceeds a first predefined threshold value, azimuth position of each of the wind turbine blades (5) is monitored, and the biasing force applied to each wind turbine blade (5) is changed as a function of azimuth position for wind turbine blades (5) in at least some azimuth positions at a first side of a vertical level intersecting the hub (3) or for wind turbine blades (5) in at least some azimuth positions at a second, opposite, side of the vertical level, thereby creating a yaw moment which causes the yaw signal of the wind turbine (1) to approach the reference yaw signal.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for monitoring yawing fault events of a yaw system of a wind turbine. The yaw system comprises one or more actuators for driving the yaw system and a holding system to resist yaw rotation. The yaw system is arranged to provide yaw rotation in response to a yaw control signal. According to the method, the monitored yaw angle is compared with the yaw control signal, and based on the comparison, a correlation between a monitored change in the yaw angle and the yaw control signal is determined. A yawing fault event is determined dependent on the determined correlation.
