摘要： The object of the present invention is to provide an excellent total heat exchanging element paper and a total heat exchanging element which are excellent in heat transferability, water vapor permeability and gas barrier properties and cause no mixing of supplied air and discharged air. The moisture barrier paper is created in a wet-end, on-machine process where a liquid, moisture barrier coating is sprayed onto a forming fiber mat and is drawn through the fibers with vacuum. The moisture barrier paper has top and bottom surfaces that are substantially free of wax and polymeric water repellants. The moisture barrier paper is completely repulpable.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for creping a nonwoven web using a hot melt adhesive as the creping adhesive. As a second aspect of the present invention, an internal adhesive is added to the polymers used to produce the nonwoven web during the nonwoven web forming process and this internal adhesive adheres the nonwoven web to the creping roll. Using the processes of the present invention, more energy efficient methods are provided for creping nonwoven webs. The creped nonwoven webs of the present invention are useful in a wide variety of application including as wipes, liners, transfer or surge layers, outercovers, other fluid handling materials and looped attachment materials for hook and loop fasteners.

A multi-layered soft paper web consists of at least one layer, showing basis weight variations in a pattern. A base-layer of a fibre furnish is firstly formed on a wire (2), whereupon at least one top layer is deposited on top of the base-layer, which is supported by a wire or the like (3, 13, 113, 1113) under the applying of the top layer, whereby the top layer is deposited with a fibre suspension jet, and the hereby deposited top layer is formed with twin wire technology. A pattern is created in connection with the forming of the base layer, or at least one top layer by local redistributions within the layer of at least one substantial part of the solid material in the fibre furnish, whereby the pattern in said layer is created under simultaneous dewatering, and that the local redistributions are dependent of the pattern as well.
