[Class 138 (ii)] [Also in Group XXIV] A wringer or the like having a control lever for the driving mechanism and a safety release for the pressure between the rolls is arranged so that the control lever is urged towards neutral position but is maintained in driving position by means controlled by the safety-roller-pressure release. As shown applied to the wringer described in Specification 468,446 fitted with a reversing gear box described in Specification 463,123 the control lever 3 is pressed by a spring on its spindle which tends to move it to central position but is retained in a set operative position by a pawl 7 engaging a notched disc on the spindle and mounted on a rod 8 carrying an arm 6 engaging behind a spring 9 on a plunger 5 which is held depressed against a light spring 16 by a lug on one of the toggle levers 12, 13 when these are in position for applying pressure to the rolls 20, 21. Actuation of either of the pressure release bars 15 releases a latch retaining the toggles which thus move to the dotted line position and release the pressure. The plunger 5 is thereby released and is moved by the spring 16 so as to rock the lever 6 and pawl 7 and release the disc 10 whereupon the control lever moves to neutral position. 摘要： The invention concerns an overload protection for a set of rolls with two rolls located one on top of the other. One roll can move radially against a spring force 10 where the opening between the rolls increases to the same extent as the thickness increases of the goods intended for rolling between the rolls. A pivoting lever providing a spring-force is arranged before its limit position to hit against a limit connection 12, 13 and on the same mounting base 11 there is a repeating connection 14, 15 against which the part 5 of a mechanism comes into contact, which mechanism removes the rolls when the finger guard 21 is in a raised position. The limit connection and the repeating connection are arranged to control a relay 16 which is connected to the power circuit of a rotary electric motor.
