    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature resistant propellant suppressing electric power consumption in a heater and having superior ignitability.SOLUTION: In the low temperature resistant propellant comprising a reducing agent and an oxidizing agent using for the generation of a thrust force in thrusters such as rockets, a fuel where hydrazine and an aqueous hydroxylamine solution are mixed is used as the reducing agent. Since the freezing point of the reducing agent is lowered by mixing the aqueous hydroxylamine solution with hydrazine, electric power used for heating the reducing agent to prevent the freezing of the reducing agent is reduced. Since the oxidizing agent and the reducing agent are reacted at a lower temperature, electric power for the heater using for a reaction is reduced. Furthermore, soot is not generated in combustion because both hydrazine and hydroxylamine are fuel not containing carbon and hence plugging and the like in a combustor are prevented.
