The plastic coating (10) preferably is made of ultra high-molecular polyethylene. The polyethylene foil (10) can be vulcanized to the carrier side cover plate (8a) or, in lieu of the carrier side cover plate (8a), the polyethylene foil can be vulcanized directly to the reinforcement (4) comprising at least one rubberized reinforcement layer (4a. . . ). 2.3 Anti-adhering coating for conveyor belts, preferably for use in the lime sandstone and recycling industry and in composting.

    • An elastic endless crawler according to the present invention comprises an annular belt-shaped elastic crawler body and a plurality of cords with ends, said cords being disposed substantially parallel with one another at predetermined intervals and embedded in the crawler body, wherein one end and the other end of each cord are overlapped, as seen from the belt side. Further, at at least one of a crawler inner peripheral side and a crawler outer peripheral side, there are provided a plurality of members for holding the cord ends within the crawler body. As a result, a chance of free ends of embedded steel cords protruding out from the rubber body during use of the rubber crawler and a chance of the rubber crawler running off of a unit for driving for rotation thereof can be eliminated.

    • A conveyor belt according to the invention comprises a traction layer (3) in the form of a woven textile that is provided with a polymer surface coating. The surface coating comprises a base layer (2) and a functional surface layer (1). The functional surface layer (1) comprises an antimicrobial additive and is substantially thinner than the base layer (2). The division of the surface coating into a base layer (2) and a functional surface layer (1) allows to achieve in the area of the conveying zone, with a lower amount of of antimicrobial additive and thus in a less expensive way, a just as high concentration, or with the same amount of additive a substantially higher concentration and thus a higher effectiveness against microorganisms.
