    • A diving vest with adjustable buoyancy mainly has a back pad filled with a soft polyurethane gel body therein and disposed additionally on a back portion on an inner side of a regular vest; two left and right sides at the lower ends of the back pad extend respectively to form lashing waist bands; the protruding back pad leans against a human body's concave waist spine portion for obtaining a good ergonomic support and protecting the waist spine portion; the lashing waist band penetrates through a ring band on a waist bag of the vest thereby linking the waist bag to tightly lash a diver onto the vest. The lashing waist band lashes from the back pad as the beginning point such that it is more capable of tightly pulling the vest from the rear to the front for lashing the diver.

    • An article of insulation includes a plurality of containers supported by at least one support layer. Each of the containers have rigid walls which enclose either a vacuum or a gas. When in water, the rigid-wall containers provide insulation and buoyancy which makes the insulation ideal for clothing and wet suits. These properties may be enhanced by making the support layer from thermal insulation material and/or one which itself exhibits a desired buoyancy. The containers may be formed as beads which are spherical or non-spherical in shape, or the containers may have a tubular shape. Further, the beads may all be of the same size or the sizes may be varied to achieve desired buoyancy and/or insulation properties. A wet suit made from this insulation outperforms conventional wet suits in terms of insulation, buoyancy, comfort, safety, thinness, and functionality. An article of clothing made from this insulation may be used to keep a wearer afloat until help arrives.

    • To install a modular seabed processing system (1) on a seabed, a monopile foundation (3) is first lowered down and driven in to the seabed. A docking unit (4) is lowered towards the installed foundation (3) so that a mating clamp system (6) mounted on the docking unit is aligned with a spigot (5) on the foundation. The clamp system then clamps the spigot to fix the docking unit onto the foundation. Flowlines (2) and an electrical power connector plug (18) are connected to the docking unit. A first retrievable substantially autonomous module (8) is lowered and connected to the docking unit (4) by a multi-bored connector (10, 11) and the plug (18) on the docking unit is engaged by a corresponding socket (17) on the module. Isolation valves (14, 16) in the docking unit and module are opened so that the module (8) is able to act on fluid received from the flowlines (2) via the multi-bored connector (10, 11). A second retrievable substantially autonomous module is also connected to the docking unit (4) in the same way.

The elastic polypropylene wet suit fabric has a texture designed on the basis of elastic features and is woven with a high speed circular knitting machine and then treated in a finishing process. Such polypropylene wet suit fabric is laminated with an artificial rubber sponge in a laminating process and then made to be a polypropylene wet suit fabric piece with high elasticity, low modulus, better flushing capability and high dye fast grade at a special elasticity-processing stage. The laminated polypropylene wet suit fabric piece is suitable for the production of wet suits and other related products. The polypropylene wet suit fabric of the present invention is better in elasticity than conventional single-directional and low-elastic wet suit fabric, and capable to improve the comfort, flushing capability and dye fast grade of wet suits.
