    • PURPOSE:To enable a film to be stuck onto a can-barrel, etc. with beautiful appearance and with no trace of a vacuum hole by pushing and sticking the film temporarily stuck to the member to be stuck by the first pushing member with a vacuum hole, to the member to be stuck finally by the second pushing member without a vacuum hole. CONSTITUTION:A temporarily adhering device 12 is provided with four mandrel devices 42, a disk like rotary plate 44, a central stationary cam 46 and a cylindrical rub cam 48. The device 12 is intermittently driven to a lower transitional adhering position, a left introducing position, an upper pressurizing position and a right transferring position, and the film supported on a pushing body by vacuum is temporarily stuck on the inner side of the barrel 50 of a can. On the hand, at a main adhering device 14, six mandrel devices 82 are supported by a disk like rotary plate 84. At the introducing section A, the can barrel 50 in supplied into the can-receiving part 83 of the mandrel device 82 from a transferring device 76. At a joint-positioning section B, the barrel 50 is positioned. At a pressurizing and heating section C, the film is pushed with the pushing body and simultaneously is heated with a heating coil. At a pressurizing and cooling section D, the film is cooled and fixed to the barrel in the state where the film is kept pushed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently circularize a shrinkable film tape for covering an article.
      SOLUTION: When a cylindrical drum 20 which intermittently rotates by every 360° at a constant cycle stops, the tip of a tape 10 cut in a predetermined length is sent out between a seal base 26 formed on the peripheral face of the drum and a seal bar 38 positioned facing the seal base for the tip of the tape 10 sucked by a suction hole 32 formed at the peripheral face of the drum and for the tape 10 wound around the drum 20 by the rotation of the drum 20. After both superimposing ends of the tape 10 are welded by pushing out the seal bar 38, the tape is delivered to the axial direction of the drum 20 by the rotation of a roller 40 contacting the tape in a circular form.
