摘要： The present invention is an extractable fastener and a method of use thereof used with a pocket or mounting block of a tool holder used to secure a cutting tooth to a cutting wheel of a stump cutting apparatus. The extractable fastener has a head portion, a shank portion having a threaded portion and an end face. The end face includes an engagement portion that receives a suitable tool whereby force applied to the tool rotates the broken portion of the fastener to remove it from the threaded bore on the pocket or mounting block.
