摘要： Device for producing a pourable product with a guide vane therein and method for using the device. The device includes a rotor chamber in which a rotor is arranged with a vertical rotor axis. The rotor has, at least in its radially outer third, the shape of a conical shell. Guide vanes for circulating starting materials or the product are arranged statically on an inner wall of the rotor chamber above the plane of the upper edge of the rotor. The guide vanes have, in cross section to the rotor axis, essentially the shape of a segment of a circle or spiral. The inner ends of the guide vanes lie approximately in the middle part of the rotor radius. The conical shell may have at least partially sheet-like gas passages in the form of perforations or screens. The device is used for producing pourable products.

摘要： A container mixer typically comprises a mixer inside a container tank. The mixer comprises a shaft and blades mounted on the shaft, an actuator positioned outside the container tank, and a coupler with which the mixer is coupled to the actuator. The container tank has a quick coupling which enables the actuator to be detached temporarily from the container tank. The quick coupling comprises a separate shaft coupling piece, detachable when necessary, fitted between the actuator drive shaft and the mixer shaft in such a way that the motion of the actuator is transmitted by transmission of the shaft coupling piece to the mixer shaft. In addition the quick coupling has quick coupling and quick-release devices which lock the shaft coupling piece between the drive shaft and the mixer shaft.

Front and rear bulged portions 72′, 73 occupy a rearward area of the lower pin and a forward area of the upper pin so as not to provide retentive regions for the slurry, which might otherwise have caused a vortex or turbulent flow of the slurry. Accordingly, the deposition of slurry on the lower and upper pins can be prevented from occurring.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for the vertical mixing of gaseous, liquid, powdery and/or pasty products using, for example, a hollow shaft and inner shaft arranged in a housing, whereby paddle-shaped mixing tools are provided on the hollow shaft and on the inner shaft there is provided a discharge device arranged below an outlet of the mixer. The mixer is thereby completely filled in the operating state and the product and additives are pressed onto the inner wall of the housing by means of the mixing tools. The product flows continuously downwards under the force of gravity and acts against the partly backward-conveying paddles. The continuous product flow is regulated using a rotary slide valve provided at the outlet. The mixer is especially suitable as a dosing device and/or for lubricating extruder and/or expander products.

摘要： A diffuser for incorporating one or more infusion materials into a host material. The diffuser includes a rotor 12 and stator 30 rotating relative to one another. The infusion materials are drawn through openings in the rotor and stator. During movement of the rotor, the openings cause cavitation of the host material in the channel 32 resulting in diffusion of the infusion materials through the openings and into the host material. The opening patterns in the rotor and stator can be designed to operate at a single frequency or a multiple frequencies. The frequencies of operation may affect bonding between the infusion materials and the host material and may also be effective in breakdown of complex molecular structures.
