The spring claws (58) are provided at a side of a planetary gear group (a planetary gear (54) and the carrier (56)) opposite a side at which a cover plate (36) is provided. Accordingly, the protective plate (200) can be installed after the planetary gear group. In a state in which the planetary gear (54) and the carrier (56) are provisionally installed, press-contact force of the spring claws (58) is not applied to the carrier (56). As a result, the planetary gear (54) and the carrier (56) do not rise and positional deviation does not occur, and therefore, the assemblability can be greatly improved.
