    • An inorganic light emitting display device is provided to reduce a driving voltage by tunneling electrons through a light emitting layer with great initial input energy. An inorganic light emitting display device(100) includes a first electrode(131), a second electrode(132), a light emitting layer(115), and an electroluminescence layer(140). The first and second electrodes face each other. The light emitting layer is interposed between the first and second electrodes. The electroluminescence layer is interposed between the light emitting layer and the second electrode and includes carbide derived carbon. The carbide derived carbon is formed by using a carbon precursor including a material such as SiC or B4C diamond-like carbide, TiC or ZrCx metal-like carbide, Al4C3 or CaC2 salt-like carbide, TixTayC or MoxWyC complex carbide, and TiNxCy or ZrNxCy carbonitride.
