The output of the circuit 34 is supplied to an EX-OR circuit 37 via a trapezoidal wave generating circuit 35 and a waveform shaping circuit 36. At the same time, the output of the circuit 34 is also supplied to the other input of the circuit 37. For the circuit 37, an Hi potential output is obtained at a terminal 38 only when the outputs of circuits 36 and 34 are set at Hi and Low or voice versa.
