    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable photosensitive material excellent in image preservability (raw stock preservability) of the unexposed photosensitive material and image preservability after exposure, and excellent also in coating performance. SOLUTION: The heat developable photosensitive material is obtained by disposing an image forming layer containing photosensitive silver halide, non-photosensitive silver salt of an organic acid, a reducing agent, a polyhalogenated compound and a binder on at least one surface side of a support, wherein the heat developable photosensitive material has an outermost layer remotest from the support on the surface side of the support with the image forming layer, the outermost layer contains a binder, and the binder in the outermost layer contains an aqueous dispersion of at least one polymer having a kind of crosslinked structure.
