    • A low frictional heat control valve capable of reducing the need for polishing the surfaces of a valve seat and a valve disc which is required because the inside of the valve seat and the outside of the valve disc may be damaged by frictional heat through frequent use to go out of a satisfactory control, comprising the valve seat for controlling the flow of liquid, the valve disc inserted into the valve seat, and a valve stem provided on the upper part of the valve disc, wherein double-start grooves (4, 5) are provided in the surface of the valve disc (1) and also in the inner side of the valve seat (3), and both double-start grooves (4, 5) of the valve seat and valve disc are provided aslant in crossing direction so as to eliminate inclusion of dirt and reduce rubbing portions between the valve seat and valve disc, whereby non-rubbing portions are dispersed to make it difficult for the surfaces to be damaged due to friction and inclusion of dirt is eliminated.
