    • A slip-form of the kind for defining at least one surface of a wall-space into which concrete is to be poured. The slip-form includes a plurality of spaced apart upwardly extending members (1 to 40) and to facilitate the locating of reinforcing rods (51) at selected positions in the wall-space, the slip-form includes roller assemblies (43, 44) releasably engaged with at least some of the support members to form within the wall space a height adjustable horizontal race (43) and an inclined race (44) feeding down to said horizontal race. The inclined race (44) is adapted to transport reinforcing rods onto the horizontal race for onward transport to a location adjacent the selected position in the reinforcing structure.

    • The method is distinguished in that at least one tension element (1), for example in the form of a flat steel composed of a shape memory alloy of polymorphic and polycrystalline structure which can be brought from its state as martensite to its permanent state as austenite by increasing its temperature, is placed on the structure or structural part (2).
