摘要： An assembly for securing roof panels at selectable pitch angles includes an extruded ridge bar having a horizontal ledge and a horizontally extending arcuate flange which form a horizontal slot in which the roof panels are supported at the desired pitch. Horizontally extending end portions of the arcuate flange are removable to set the angle of the slot for the desired pitch. Roof support bars extending along the side edges of the roof panels are connected to the ridge bar at the selected pitch by hinge assemblies having their pivot axes coincident with the center of curvature of the arcuate flange. A header supporting the panels at the eave comprises two extruded channel members pivotally connecting one flange of each channel member. A bifurcated arcuate end portion of the other flange on one channel member straddles the arcuate end portion of the other flange on the other channel member as the channel members are rotated to set the selected roof pitch. A pivot bracket joining the roof support bars to vertical support bars includes pivot bars connected to the support bars and rotatably connected by a pivot pin extending through transverse bores in mating bosses. Set screws or roll pins secured in holes drilled in each boss in alignment with a groove in the other boss, engage the groove to fix the support bars at the selected pitch.

For this purpose the interior profile (2) is composed of a contact profile (11) for covering panels (9, 10) and a screening profile (12) oriented parallel thereto at an interval on the room side, which are mutually connected by means of insulating bars (13) anchored in respective profile grooves and continuous in the longitudinal direction of the profiles. Furthermore, the profile members (14) facing the covering panels (9, 10), extending beyond the width of the contact profile (11) and forming lateral water discharge channels (15) may be arranged additionally on the screening profile (12), particularly for the horizontal or inclined installation of the profiles.

摘要： Apparatus for adjustably attaching roof panels to the sidewalls of an enclosure and for securing the pitch of the roof panel with respect to the sidewalls after it has been established is disclosed. The apparatus includes a header support member which is placed on top of the sidewall and has a longitudinally extending pocket therein. A header arm having a longitudinally extending yoke at one end thereof is received in the longitudinally extending pocket in the header support member. After the roof pitch has been established by rotating the yoke portion of the header arm within the pocket in the header support member, the header arm is fastened to the header support member to secure the roof pitch. The header support member and the header arm each have a pocket formed therein which is filled with insulating material providing a thermal break within each of these components.

摘要： The specification discloses a modular sun porch which can be easily and quickly assembled. The wall assembly includes a plurality of identical modular window panels whose lateral edges interfit in male/female relationship to provide weather seals therebetween. Modular door units, which have a width equal to one or more window panels, can be substituted for the window panels in the wall assembly and include frames which interfit with the male/female scheme. The base for the wall assembly is levelable and hides both the base tie-downs and the leveling mechanism. The roof includes rafters and purlins which slide-lock into position between beams and rafters, respectively. Roof panels rest on gaskets carried by the rafters and purlins, and retainers are secured to the rafters to retain the panels in position and to improve the weather seal.
