摘要：提高制造自支承陶瓷体的一种方法，包括制做一个成形散逸金属和母金属的组合件，也可包含渗透性的填料床，加热组合件形成熔融母金属熔体。在选自条件下熔融母金属氧化，生长出来的多晶材料淹没了成形的散逸金属(如果有填料存在，透过填料)并造成散逸金属扩散进入淹没它的多晶材料中，从而留下了成为一条或几条孔道的以前被成形散逸金属占据的空间。因此该方法提供了内部有反复制成散逸金属形状的孔道的自支承陶瓷体。

摘要：本发明公开了一种用于激光设备的氮化硅多孔陶瓷的制备方法，属于特种陶瓷材料技术领域，包括以下步骤，按重量份计，取35～85％氮化硅粉、3～15％碳酸铵、3～15％聚丙烯酸胺、4～10％SiO2、1～5％Al2O3、1～5％MgO、2～10％B2O3和1～5％Li2O作为原料，将原料球磨2～6h，然后加入原料重量5～30倍的水，混合均匀，放入模具中压制成型，得氮化硅陶瓷坯体，在氮气气氛中煅烧，冷却得到氮化硅多孔陶瓷。本发明通过引入胺系造孔剂，有利于减少原料残留，减少坯体烧结过程中体积的收缩率，并形成畅通的孔道，减少裂纹的发生，降低废品率。

摘要： Described herein is a scalable, economic, energy and time efficient method for the synthesis of a crystalline uniform nanoporous oxide material by utilizing colloidal particles in solution combustion synthesis. By removing colloids from nanocomposite via chemical etching crystalline uniform porous oxide is prepared with tailored porosity. The produced oxides have high specific surface area, high pore volume, uniform pore structure and high crystallinity. Properties of the oxide can be tuned by the concentration and size of colloids added, which affects the porous structure (mesopore diameter, pore wall thickness, surface area, and pore volume). In principle, this method can be applied to synthesize different high porosity crystalline metal oxides and nanocomposites.

摘要： The present invention provides methods for producing hollow ceramic membranes by electrophoretic deposition. The hollow ceramic membranes may have a small cross-sectional area of about 1.0×10−5 mm2 to about 25 mm2. The cross-sectional configuration of the hollow ceramic membranes may be any geometry such as circular, square, rectangular, triangular or polygonal. The hollow ceramic membranes produced by the methods of the present invention may have multiple layers but always the innermost layer, or the first deposited layer is porous and made by electrophoretic deposition. Subsequent layers may be porous or non porous and deposited before or after sintering the first layer. If it is deposited after sintering, it may require additional sintering steps. Additional layers may be deposited by further electrophoretic deposition, sol-gel coating, dip coating, vacuum casting, brushing, spraying or other known techniques.

摘要： The present disclosure discloses a ceramic material having a positive slow release effect and a method for manufacturing the same. The ceramic material comprises a hierarchically meso-macroporous structure which composition at least includes silicon and oxygen, wherein the hierarchically meso-macroporous structure includes a plurality of macropores and a wall having a plurality of arranged mesopores, and the plurality of macropores are separated by the wall; and nano-scale metal particles confined in at least one of the plurality of arranged mesopores. The nano-scale metal particles have a positive slow release effect from the at least one of the plurality of arranged mesopores. The ceramic material has a property of inhibiting growth of microorganisms or killing the microorganisms in an environment or a system containing a hydrophilic medium.
