An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a method for treating incineration ash, including: generating a melt by melting the incineration ash comprising fly ash and bottom ash using a steam plasma torch; cooling the melt using water to dissolve molten salt included in the melt in the water and vitrify slag included in the melt; and collecting calcium chloride from the water in which the molten salt is dissolved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for disposal of incineration ash using a plasma arc, capable of disposing of incineration ashes containing fly ash, while minimizing generation of a secondary pollution material.SOLUTION: This invention relates to the incineration ash disposal apparatus and the method thereof for disposing of incineration ashes containing fly ash while minimizing generation of a secondary pollution material, and separating and recovering calcium chloride generated as a byproduct and vitrified slag during the incineration ash disposal. The incineration ash disposal method includes: a step in which melt is produced by melting the incineration ashes including fly ash and furnace bottom ash with a plasma arc generated using steam as the medium; a step in which the melt is cooled by water so that molten salt contained in the melt is dissolved in water, and the slag contained in the melt is vitrified; and a step in which the calcium chloride is recovered from the water in which the molten salt is dissolved.
