摘要： An improved shipping system includes a base deck section. The system further includes an upper-tier deck section, that moves between a position atop the base deck section through a variety of positions, including positions that put the upper section out of the way of loading and unloading any load on the base deck section. Cartons may be atop both the base deck section and the upper-tier deck section, for shipments, with the upper-tier deck section in the raised configuration. When emptied, the shipping system may be returned with its upper-tier deck section moved down to a position atop the base deck section, and the shipping system stacked upon a similar improved shipping system. Shipping efficiency is increased as much as twenty percent and perhaps more. All components are steel, and may also be plastic, wood and the like.

The system comprises a first pallet configured to be removably affixed below and have vertical relief from a second pallet when the system is in a fully assembled state. The system also includes a second pallet configured to be removably affixed on top of and have vertical relief from the first pallet. The system also includes a plurality of support members vertically arranged to support the second pallet on top of the first pallet and provide vertical relief between the first and second pallets when the movable modular system is in the fully assembled state. A plurality of fasteners are used to removably attach the ends of crossing support members to the vertically arranged support members when the system is in the fully assembled state.

摘要： The present invention provides a pallet, which includes a pallet body, a plurality of recesses formed in a bottom of the pallet body, two retention tabs mounted to the bottom of the pallet body and respectively extending downward from two opposite sides of each of the recesses, and a plurality of legs mounted to the retention tabs and respectively receivable in the recesses. The pallet includes the rotatable legs, so that in using the pallet, the legs are rotated out and the coupling pins are applied to fix the legs for supporting and when the pallet is not in use, the coupling pins are removed to allow the legs to rotate in order to set the legs in recesses, whereby the pallet occupies a reduced amount of space for storage and transportation and thus the capacity of storage and transportation can be improved to thus lower down transportation cost.
