    • A system to control distributed power in vehicles both on land and at sea is fully multiplexed, such that all components whether switch panels or power distribution centers are linked by a common bus and share all communications. An activated switch on one panel is enunciated on all other switch panels containing the same switch function. Power-output problems are indicated at all switch panel positions relating to that output. A switch on any panel can activate multiple outputs in multiple power distribution centers.

    • A first object of the invention is to use a simple hydraulic circuit, which does not use any pressure compensating valve, to enable use of an inexpensive pressure detector of low accuracy, to enable constant maintaining of continuity of control with a simple control and without giving a shock to an operator or mechanical parts, to set no limit on a control system for hydraulic pumps, and to cancel a load-dependency of a flowrate of a hydraulic actuator at the time of combination operation. In a device according to the invention, a correction factor for correction of a control input of an operating member corresponding to an associated operating valve on the basis of a ratio between a detected differential pressure across the associated operating valve and a minimum differential pressure selected from among detected differential pressures across a plurality of operating valves is calculated for each operating member. A control input of an operating member corresponding to the associated operating valve is corrected by the calculated correction factor. A second object of the invention is to enhance an operating efficiency by enabling changing of pressure compensating characteristics of the hydraulic actuator according to an operating state and a load pressure of an operating lever. In a device according to the invention, an upper or lower limit value of the correction factor is set for each operating member according to a control input of the operating member, and an associated correction factor is used to correct a control input of a corresponding operating member in such a manner that the set upper or lower limit value is not exceeded by the associated correction factor which is obtained according to the detected differential pressures.

    • A master device transmits a continuation (or stopping) message on a communication line without causing the message to collide with response messages continuously transmitted from a slave device in the communication channel. Upon elapsing a time T1 after the completion of the transmission of a request message, a fault diagnosing tester (5) (master) transmits the continuation message when the count value of an idle counter exceeds P3' and an engine controller (1) (slave) transmits the next response message when the count value of the idle counter exceeds P2' (>P3'). Thus, the continuation message can be transmitted from the tester (5) before the controller (1) transmits the next response message without causing both messages to collide with each other on the communication line.
