    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rollover determinig device from being operated, even when switching-off of an ignition and removal of a signal wire are forgotten. SOLUTION: An ECU judges the presence or absence of traveling signal and collision detection signal (S2) when a power source is turned on (S1). When the ECU judges that both of the traveling signal and the collision detection signal are not inputted (S2 "absence"), the ECU inhibits the decision of rollover (S3) and repeats the processing of S2. The ECU judges the presence or absence of a roll rate signal (S4) when the ECU judges the input of at least one of the traveling signal and the collision detection signal (S2 "presence"). In the case of the presence of the roll rate signal (S4 "presence"), an occupant crash protection device is deployed (S5).     • The present invention concerns a for determining a basis for assessing and correcting driver behavior during driving of a vehicle, wherein the vehicle comprises at least one axle equipped with wheels and at least one tag axle equipped with tag wheels, wherein the tag axle is raisable and lowerable in order to be brought out of and into engagement with the roadway for said tag wheels. The method comprises the step of determining (S410) axle loads for said at least one axle. The system further comprises the steps of: comparing (S420) said determined axle loads to a predetermined axle load as a basis for determining whether the need to have the tag wheels in engagement with the roadway is present; and continuously determining (S430) the time during which said tag wheels are in engagement with the roadway without the need being present. The present invention also concerns a system for determining a basis for assessing and correcting driver behavior during driving of a vehicle, and a motor vehicle containing such a system.
