    • PURPOSE:To stick a plurality of connecting members together with high accuracy and without the deviation of said members and the inferiority of metal by solidifying the metal connecting member filled at molten state, after a plurality of the connecting members are arranged in desirable connecting condition, while providing the connecting part such as a connecting hole and unevenness- part, etc. for said connecting members. CONSTITUTION:The connecting part having the switable shape such as the holes 33, 34 for connecting and unevenness, etc. in each of a plurality of connecting members 31, 32, is provided, and then, after the connecting members 31, 32 have been arranged in desirable connecting condition, if necessary, a holding die 35 is applies to the connecting part, and closes said connecting part. Then, metal connecting member 36 having been molten by an induction coil 37, etc. is poured into said connecting part from a nozzle 39 and is cooled, thereby sticking the members 31, 32 together, while forming solidified metal-connecting member 30. Turther, as the top part of the molten metal connecting member having been poured into the connecting part becomes spherical surface-shape by surface tension, it is preferably press-formed softly by a pushing die at semimolten state.
