摘要： An additive manufacturing device performs manufacturing of an additively manufactured article by supplying a powder material to an irradiation region of an electron beam, laying and leveling the powder material, irradiating the powder material with the electron beam, and melting the powder material. The additive manufacturing device determines whether or not the powder material has scattered during manufacturing of the article. When it is determined that the powder material has scattered, an irradiation region R is heated by a heater before a new powder material is supplied to the irradiation region R. Manufacturing of the article is restarted after the new powder material has been supplied to the heated irradiation region.

The method comprises starting a liquid extraction process to extract liquid from the build chamber, and determining when a predetermined threshold of liquid has been removed from the build chamber, and thereby stopping the liquid extraction process.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to the field of additive manufacturing and superalloys, particularly to a method for eliminating cracks in René 104 nickel-based superalloy prepared by laser additive manufacturing. For solving the problem that cracks are easily generated during laser additive manufacturing of René 104 nickel-based superalloy with high content of Al and Ti (Al+Ti>5 wt. %), generation of large-size cracks inside a fabricated part is suppressed by means of designing laser forming parameters and a partition scanning strategy; then stress relief annealing is performed to completely eliminate residual stress inside the fabricated part; and a spark plasma sintering process is performed to eliminate cracks inside the fabricated part and suppress the growth of grains during the sintering process.

摘要： The present disclosure is drawn to a three-dimensional printing system can include a powder bed material, including from 80 wt % to 100 wt % metal particles having a D50 particle size distribution value ranging from 5 μm to 75 μm and a powder bed support substrate for receiving the powder bed material. The system can also include a fluid ejector operable to digitally deposit a thermally sensitive binder fluid onto a selected portion of the powder bed material on the powder bed support substrate. The thermally sensitive binder fluid can include water, a reducible metal compound, and a thermally activated reducing agent. A light source can also be present to generate a pulse energy sufficient to cause the thermally activated reducing agent to reduce the reducible metal compound and bind metal particles together to form a green three-dimensional part.

The control unit controls the first heating unit based on a facing distance indicating a distance between the stage and the first heating unit in the stacking direction when the three-dimensional shaped object is shaped.

摘要： Provided is a three-dimensional printing apparatus. The three-dimensional printing apparatus includes a stage configured to provide a support base for a physical object to be modeled, first and second discharge nozzles provided on the stage and configured to discharge a first material in a paste-state or slurry-state that forms the outline of the physical object and a second material in a liquid phase that fills a filling space surrounded by the outline of the physical object formed from the first material, respectively, an extrusion device for extruding the first material toward the first discharge nozzle, the extrusion device connected to the first discharge nozzle and configured to discharge the first material in a paste-state or slurry-state, which is a mixture of ceramic particles and a matrix in which the ceramic particles are dispersed, a heating funnel connected to the second discharge nozzle and configured to receive a metal block and melt the metal block, such that the second material of metal flow in a liquid phase which is the molten metal block is discharged through the second discharge nozzle, and a heating chamber for accommodating the stage and providing a slow cooling space for the first and second materials accumulated on the stage from the first and second discharge nozzles.
According to the disclosure, provided is a three-dimensional printing apparatus capable of forming a physical object with reduced internal defects such as voids and thermal stress while also forming a physical object with a smooth surface and a beautiful exterior.
