摘要： Systems and methods to dispense various liquids, foams and sprays, of various viscosities, such as, for example, paints and stains, from a self-contained wearable apparatus are presented. These devices use the "bag within a bag" or inner container/outer container Flair® technology. A device can be provided that is portable and self-contained, can be worn by a user, and can utilize pre-filled containers of the product to be dispensed, thus obviating use of a separate paint container to which a user is effectively tethered. Novel activation mechanisms allow the system to intelligently sense when a user desires actuate/deactuate the device. These mechanisms incorporate fail-safe sensors that lock out the on/off switch if a user's hand is not sensed as actually holding the paint brush. Various Flair® bottles can be used, with various nozzles, brushes, rollers and other dispensing devices. Novel performs for the manufacture and blowing of multi-layer Flair® bottles are also presented, as well as details of multi-layer Flair® systems and their assembly.

The roller supporting part comprises a plurality of supporting ribs projecting from the inner wall of the roller supporting part so as to come in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the inner cap. When the second roller part rotates, the first roller part rotates in connection with the second roller part, and transfers the contents discharged through the second discharge hole to the second roller part. According to the present invention, side-to-side shaking of the roller supporting part is minimized while the roller supporting part rotates because of the supporting ribs and a reinforcing rib.
