摘要： The present invention may be used in agriculture for harvesting crops such as seeds, grains, grain beans, animal feed, beans for animals, oilseeds, pasture grass or industrial or sylvicultural or other crops. During the process of harvesting biologically interesting grains, the method involves carrying out in front of the shaking area a free separation of the grains in the area I and combining the shaking action to a free separation in the area II. A third area III is then used for repeating the same operations while combining an additional shredding of the spikes by the application of numerous combinations of mechanical actions on the spike portion of the biomass and using W- and V-shaped embossed and undulating surfaces having different heights in the biomass displacement direction. The chaff and grains are further sent to a cleaning step. The device for realising this method comprises and inclined chamber and a transporter, wherein the bottom of the inclined chamber is provided with W- and V-shaped embossed surfaces having different heights and undulating branches and the summits of said surfaces are oriented in a direction opposite to the displacement direction of the transporter lower branch. The recesses of the embossments have openings formed therein that communicate with a collector through a duct. The receiving edge of the inclined chamber transporter further includes a shredding and separation surface. According to the mechanical and physical as well as biological properties of the grains and also according to the kind and pre-harvest condition of the crops, several variants can be used for realising the device.

摘要： A harvester for harvesting crop plants of plants having a stem is provided. The harvester includes a collection tray configured for collecting the harvested crops; at least one assembly including a primary roller disposed along the collecting tray and having an entrapping outer surface defined on an outer circumference thereof configured to entrap the harvested crop; an auxiliary roller disposed along the primary roller; and at least one shaking member disposed, above the primary roller and configured to shake the stem of the plants such that crops of the plant falls on at least one of said primary roller and the auxiliary roller. The primary roller is configured to rotate in a first direction such that the harvested crops are urged into the collecting tray and the auxiliary roller can be configured to rotate in a second direction, opposite to the first direction.
