摘要： Disclosed is a method for preparing mesenchymal stem cell aggregates, which comprises the steps of (1) culturing mesenchymal stem cells in a medium containing calcium in a concentration of from 2.1 to 3.8 mM and magnesium in a concentration of from 1.0 to 3.0 mM under a hypoxic condition with a 2 to 5% of oxygen concentration; and (2) forming aggregates by culturing the mesenchymal stem cells thus obtained in a medium containing serum replacement instead of fetal bovine serum. The mesenchymal stem cell aggregates prepared by the method above have a dense and rigid structure, improved immunological properties and excellent secretion of cytokines, and thus can be used as a cell therapeutic agent safely and effectively.
