    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needleless additive control valve.SOLUTION: A needleless additive control valve is used together with: a liquid container having stored an infusion, and having a vein (an IV) port for administering the infusion; and an additive transfer device having stored a liquid additive, and having a male connector for administering the liquid additive. The needleless additive control valve includes a three-way connector body. The three-way connector body includes: an IV spike for being hermetically inserted into the IV port; a substitutional IV port for hermetically receiving the IV spike; and a normally closed (NC) needleless additive port having a female connector for hermetically receiving the game connector of the additive transfer device. The IV spike, the substitutional IV port, and the NC needleless additive port continuously communicate fluids with each other in three directions, so that one of the mixing of the liquid additive of the additive transfer device with the infusion and direct administration to a patient can be performed.
