    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved system of interlockable portable medical devices, and a clamp mechanism. SOLUTION: A first portable medical device 10 is adapted for use in an interlocking system for interlocking the first medical device 12 to the second medical device 14. The first device 10 includes a housing having opposite sides 17L, 17R, a selective element, a blocking element, and an optional clamp mechanism 22. At least one of the opposite sides includes a matable element 102 to detachably attach the second medical device 14. The blocking element 112 prevents the third medical device from attaching to the first and second devices 12, 14 once the first and second devices 12, 14 are attached. The clamp 22 restricts the attachment of the second device 14 to only one side of the first device 12 when the clamp 22 is attached to a support member.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reconstitution systems and systems to mix the contents of two containers from outside the containers.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a system for mixing or reconstituting a medicament contained in a first container 412 with a diluent or fluid contained in a second container 414. The second container has a port docking assembly 418 to engage with the first container. The first container can rotate in the port docking assembly and can slide in axial direction. The port docking assembly has an actuator for pressing a plug fluidly sealing the first container into the first container. The port docking assembly also has a movable plug configured to fluidly seal the second container at a first docking position and provide access to the inside of the second container at a second activated position. Thus, when the first and second containers are at the second activated position, fluid communication is provided between the first and second containers.
