摘要： The invention relates to the technical field of gene treatment and nano targeted delivery, in particular to a siRNA delivery system compound as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of reacting Boc-protected histidine with cholesterol to generate Boc-protected histidine cholesteryl ester, and removing BOC-released protected amino in trifluoroacetic acid to generate histidine cholesteryl ester; then, enabling amino to react with carboxyl of carboxymethyl chitosan to modify long-chain carboxymethyl chitosan to generate carboxymethyl chitosan modified by histidine cholesteryl ester, and performing targeted labeling on carboxymethyl chitosan modified by histidine cholesteryl ester to generate a carboxymethyl chitosan high-molecular compound modified by histidine cholesteryl ester and a targeted marker together, then forming a stable spherical delivery vector through self-assembly above critical micelle concentration, and mixing the stable spherical delivery vector with siRNA (small interfering ribonucleic acid) to obtain the siRNA delivery system compound.

The distal end includes an oblong through hole and a circular through hole, both for receiving the cortical bone screws. The combined locking nail includes a head, a distal end of the locking nail, a sleeve, a connecting block, and a cover cap. The connecting block includes a left-handed external thread. The cover cap includes a left-handed internal thread matching with the external thread of the connecting block, a symmetrical sliding plane, and a protrusion block disposed at the end of the symmetrical sliding plane.

摘要： A streaming rate control method disclosed herein includes: judging whether it is necessary to adjust the rate of the media stream sent to the UE according to the network state fed back by the UE; if necessary, obtaining the adaptation parameters; adapting the rate of the media stream according to the adaptation parameters; and sending the adapted media stream to the UE. A system and a device for controlling streaming rates are disclosed herein. The rate adaptation server adapts the streaming rate required by the streaming server; on the streaming server, the source needs only to be stored at a single rate, which saves the storage space on the streaming server and simplifies encoding of the streaming source.
