摘要： Disclosed are a method and device for generating a predicted picture, the method comprising: determining a reference rectangular block of pixels according to parameter information which includes a location of a target rectangular block of pixels and/or depth information of a reference view; mapping the reference rectangular block of pixels to a target view according to the depth information of the reference view to obtain a projection rectangular block of pixels; and acquiring a predicted picture block from the projection rectangular block of pixels. The technical problem of relatively large dependence among the data brought by simultaneously employing the depth picture of the target view and the depth picture of the reference view in the process of generating the predicted picture in the prior art is solved, and the technical effects of reducing the dependence on the data and improving the encoding and decoding efficiency is achieved.

The present invention solves the technical problem in the prior art that degraded displaying quality of a constructed stereo-pair appears because of the lack of supplemental auxiliary information in a three-dimensional video sequence bitstream, and achieves the technical effect of improving the display quality of a constructed stereoscopic video.

Format information is extracted from a code stream, positions in a decoded omnidirectional image is mapped to positions on a sphere by using a special mapping relationship according to the format information, and the decoded omnidirectional image at least includes one region which meets the special mapping relationship. The present invention can enable the regions in the decoded omnidirectional image to be distributed more uniformly than the sphere, thereby improving representation efficiency, and reducing conversion distortion. When the obtained image or video pair is viewed separately using both eyes, a fluctuating lustre sensation appears in a processing region. 摘要： A method of bitstream verifying includes at the encoder side, the coded picture data of a spliced bitstream, containing a library bitstream and a main bitstream, is processed by different operations in the hypothetical bitstream buffer to simulate the data fulfillment level of the bitstream buffer. This is used to check whether the hypothetical bitstream buffer is overflowed or underflowed and verify the qualification of the bitstream. A method of managing bitstream at the decoder side is exploited to decode the library picture, which is inserted in the spliced bitstream, at a proper time. This ensures that a bitstream buffer with a limited capacity neither overflows nor underflows and the decoder can decode and present the picture of the main bitstream at a proper temporal order, which avoids lag of the main bitstream picture and waste of the decoded picture buffer.
