      SOLUTION: When a wavelength in the swinging of a buoy in synchronization with waves is Lwo, (a) the diameter Df of a float 1 is 50 to 70% of the wavelength Lwo, (b) the height Hf of the float 1 is 7 to 8% of the wavelength Lwo, and (c) a freeboard fa of the float 1 is 4 to 6% of the Lwo. If all of the conditions (a) to (c) are satisfied, the best wave surface following property is provided, and the most ideal buoy can be provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a fault in a small daytime-beacon effect due to a small projection area, a difficulty to be set up without using a heavy machine due to a heavy pole itself and a fault to decrease a visibility at night when a light overlaps a background light.
      SOLUTION: A beacon light is provided with a beacon body 1 to assemble three sheets of trapezoid-shaped side plates 1a so as to obtain a triangular pyramid trapezoid shape. The light 3 is provided at a top of the beacon body 1. A lod light-emitting type provided with a light emitting lod 7a is adopted and a light-emitting body is provided with an auxiliary light 7 of a LED 7b. As the beacon body 1 has a triple-plane shape, the daytime-beacon effect is big. As three sheets of the side plates 1a is light-weighted compared with one conventional pole, an assembly without using the heavy machine is possible. When the auxiliary light 7 of the lod light-emitting type is provided, the visibility at a short distance is improved as the light is emitted for a long term at both right and left sides of the triangular pyramid trapezoid shape. As the auxiliary light 7 is provided besides the light 3, the visibility at night is not influenced even when the light 3 overlaps the background light. Because the light emitting body is the LED 7b, its power consumption is low, its working cost is inexpensive and it is used for a long term. Each side plate of 1a and 1a may be split into up and down parts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wearing of a mooring fitting of a beacon light in a wave-crushing shallow sea area more than required, to prevent a label body, a lamplight or the like from being failed by wave-crushing force, to prevent an anchor from being buried by floating sand or soaring thereof, to prevent the mooring fitting and a mooring cable from being worn by interposition of sand particle more than required and to make the label body thin and short such that the label is not conspicuous at the wave-crushing shallow sea area as less as possible.
      SOLUTION: The spar buoy for the wave-crushing shallow sea area is constituted such that a thinner label pillar 2 of circular cross section is continuously arranged above a pipe-like buoyancy 1 of circular cross section and the one lengthy label body 3 is formed on the midway of the label pillar 2 without providing a step or other materials and is moored to the anchor 4 by a universal joint 5. The label body 3 is made of stainless steel. The anchor 4 is made of a thin rectangular plate-like steel. It is made to a slide bearing of the universal joint 5. A dust seal is attached thereto. The lamplight of a lighting unit 6 is made to a lamp bulb. A retaining base is retained by a base with a vibration-proof device.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a reduction in size of an observation buoy 1 as well as a reduction in weight of a mooring line A, because impact energy of a series of objects to be moored can be suppressed and specifications of the optimum submerged mooring line A can be determined by three dimensional numerical calculation by a lumped mass method.SOLUTION: An observation buoy 1 is disposed at the center, a marker buoy 2 is disposed outside the observation buoy 1 via intermediate floats 3, and floats 4 at both ends are disposed further outside thereof. The mooring line A is installed in a direction perpendicular to a wave direction of excessive external force during stormy weather. The floats 4 at both ends, the marker buoy 2, the intermediate floats 3, and the observation buoy 1 are submerged in this order, and a two-point mooring line is transformed from a trapezoidal shape to an inverted V shape in the water. A balanced state of a small observation buoy system S such as the shape and tension of the mooring line A is calculated by three dimensional numerical calculation by a lumped mass method, and specifications of the optimum submerged mooring line A are determined with an external force threshold from these values.
