摘要： According to one example, a tibial prosthesis (14) can include a tibial bearing component (26), tibial baseplate (24), an insert (28) and a fastener (30). The tibial bearing component can have medial (32) and lateral (34) proximal articular surfaces and an opposing distal surface. The tibial bearing component can define at least one recess (40) therein with the recess having an opening (202) at a periphery of the tibial bearing component. The tibial baseplate can be coupled to the tibial bearing component on a proximal surface (42) thereof and having a distal surface (46) configured to be disposed on a resected proximal surface of a tibia. The insert can be configured to be disposed within the recess and can engage the tibial baseplate and the tibial bearing component. The fastener can be insertable into the tibial bearing component and can be configured to retain the insert to the tibial baseplate.

The tibial bearing component can include a distal surface and an articular surface opposing the distal surface. The articular surface can include a medial compartment and a lateral compartment configured for articulation with the medial condyle and the lateral condyle of the femoral component, respectively. The lateral compartment can have a lateral articular track with a lateral anterior-posterior extent. The lateral articular track can comprise a plurality of distal-most points along a proximal surface of the lateral compartment that are contacted by the lateral condyle during rollback of the femoral component. The medial compartment can differ in configuration from the lateral compartment and can have an anterior lip height of between about 9 mm and about 13 mm.

摘要： A prosthetic inserter (20) includes an inserter head (24) having at least first (50) and second (54) bosses, at least one of the bosses movable from a first position to a second position, that couple the inserter to a femoral provisional component (28) via a pair of corresponding apertures (40, 46), such as drill holes, within the articulating surfaces (38, 44) of a selected one of a series of femoral provisional components. Each provisional component of the series is capable of having different aperture distances measured between a respective pair of apertures. The bosses of the inserter are biaised into an engagement position in which the inserter can be secured to a femoral provisional component to eliminate the need for an external engagement force to be supplied to the inserter.

摘要： The techniques described herein relate to a prosthesis assembly. The prosthesis assembly includes a femoral component, a tibial bearing component engaged by the femoral component and a tibial baseplate. The tibial baseplate includes a bushing received in a recess in the tibial baseplate and a hinge post coupled to the femoral component and the bushing. The hinge post is at least partially received by the bushing. A prosthesis assembly further includes a capture element coupled to the tibial baseplate. The capture element is engaged by at least one of the bushing or the hinge post to limit distraction of the femoral component from the tibial bearing component and tibial baseplate.

摘要： According to one example, a posterior-stabilized femoral prosthesis for a knee arthroplasty. The femoral prosthesis can include medial and lateral condyles, a femoral cam and a recess. The medial and lateral condyles can be shaped to articulate with a tibial articular surface of a tibial bearing component through a range of motion, in which full extension corresponds to zero degrees flexion of a knee joint and positive flexion corresponds to greater than zero degrees flexion of the knee joint. In a sagittal plane, the medial and lateral condyles can define medial and lateral multi-radius curves, respectively. The medial multi-radius curve can have a single common radius swept through a first angular extent to define a single arc length that extends from between substantially -20 degrees flexion to substantially 90 degrees flexion, inclusive.

摘要： A prosthesis system (300, 600, 700, 800) including a femoral component (306), a tibial bearing component (304) configured to articulate with the femoral component, a baseplate (302), a plurality of bushings (320, 620, 720, 820, 1220, 1320, 1420, 1520, 1820), one or more hinge posts (308, 608, 708, 1108, 1708) and a capture element (401, 601, 801, 1201, 1401, 1501, 1801). The capture element is configured to couple with the baseplate and has a thru hole configured to allow at least a portion of the one or more hinge posts to pass therethrough. When coupled to the baseplate, the capture element is configured to be engaged by at least one of the plurality of bushings or one of the one or more hinge posts to limit distraction of the femoral component from the tibial bearing component and baseplate.
