    • Die Erfindung betrifft ein hydraulisch dämpfendes Gummilager mit veränderbarer Kanallänge. Ihr liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein derartiges Lager so auszubilden, dass dessen Kanallänge, bei einem konstruktiv einfachen Aufbau, während der Fertigung ohne Veränderung der Konstruktion an den späteren Einsatzzweck angepasst werden kann. Das vorgeschlagene Hydrolager umfasst dazu ein elastomeres Dämpfungsglied (1), mindestens zwei Kammern (2,3) zur Aufnahme eines fluiden Dämpfungsmittels und einen Kanalträger (4) mit einem die Kammern strömungsleitend verbindenden Kanal (8). Der Kanal weist Durchtrittsöffnungen (5,6) zu den Kammern (2,3) auf. In erfindungsgemässer Weise ist in dem Kanal ein nicht vollständig geschlossener Ring (7) verschieblich geführt, dessen eines Ende eine Kanalumlenkung (9) ausbildet. Der Kanal wird hierdurch in zwei Kanalteile geteilt, welche sich zwischen den Enden des Rings vereinigen und von dem Dämpfungsmittel gegenläufig durchflossen werden.

The aim of the invention is to create a silent block of this type in which the damping fluid duct in the duct support can be of variable length so as to make it possible to obtain different damping characteristics and make the duct support easy to assemble. To this end the invention provides for the duct support to have recesses for the input or output of damping fluid in the region of the chambers and for said recesses to communicate with each other via the damping fluid duct and to be positioned on the periphery of the duct support in the area of the support elements and opposite same. The invention further provides for the inner contour of the duct support and/or the outer contour of the elastomer body to present recesses in the region of the stop faces for the radial travel limit, which recesses are designed to include damping fluid when the elastomer body strikes the corresponding stop face.

    • The invention relates to a hydraulically damping sleeve bearing with an inner rubber bearing that is comprised of an inner part (1), which is essentially cylindrical or has the approximate shape of a cylinder and which is provided with an axial through hole (2), of an outer bush (3) that surrounds the inner part (1), and of an elastomeric damping element (4), which is placed between the inner part (1) and the outer bush (3) and which is joined thereto by means of vulcanization. According to the invention, the inner rubber bearing is surrounded on its axial ends by chambers (5, 5') provided for accommodating a fluidic damping agent, whereby the chambers (5, 5') are formed by a hydraulic area that is separately placed around the rubber bearing. Said hydraulic area is comprised of a rigid channel support (6), which is slipped onto the outer bush (3) of the rubber bearing and which is provided with a channel (7) for connecting the chambers (5, 5') in a flow-conducting manner, of an outer sleeve (8), which is axially supported on the channel support, and of means (9, 9'), which are axially placed on both sides of the rubber bearing and which are provided for sealing the sleeve bearing. The means (9, 9') are made, in the radially outer area thereof, of an elastomer, into which a support ring (12, 12') is vulcanized via which the outer sleeve (8) is supported on the channel support (6).

    • The invention relates to a rubber bearing having axial damping. The rubber bearing is comprised of a multiple piece bearing inner part (1) and of an elastomer (9, 9') which surrounds said bearing inner part (1) in sections and which is joined to the same by vulcanizing. The rubber bearing also comprises chambers (5, 5', 6, 7) for accommodating a damping medium, a channel support (11) provided with at least one damping medium channel (12) that permits the damping medium to circulate between the chambers (5, 6, 7), and an essentially cylindrical bearing sleeve (10) that accommodates said bearing parts. The bearing inner part (1) comprises, on the axial bearing ends, a section (2, 3) with a diameter that is enlarged compared to that of the middle area (4) of the bearing inner part (1). The invention is characterized in that a channel support (11) with chambers (5, 5') for the damping medium is arranged between the sections (2, 3) of the bearing inner part (1) which have enlarged diameters. Said channel support is comprised of an inner sleeve (13), of an elastomer (14) joined to the inner sleeve by vulcanizing, and of a channel ring (15) which surrounds the inner sleeve (13) and the elastomer and which is joined to them also by vulcanizing. At least one groove is provided in the outer contour of said channel ring which forms at least one channel (12) between the channel ring (15) and the bearing sleeve (10).
