Also, when the lock lever is at the unlock position, if the worm wheel is rotated in the other direction by the motor, a second engagement protrusion section makes contact with the second engagement arm in the direction of the pivoting thereof, the lock lever is pivoted to a lock position, and after that, a first engagement protrusion section makes contact with a pivoting end section of the first engagement arm to cause the worm wheel to stop at a second stop position.
