摘要： Video data from an upload client is received at a hosting node. A request from a download client is received at a bootstrapping node to receive the video data. The download client to receive the video data directly from the hosting node when the hosting node is below a threshold, wherein the threshold is based at least in part on the maximum number of download clients the hosting node can stream to simultaneously. 摘要： A method and device for adding sound annotations to a picture, and a mobile terminal including the device are disclosed. The method adds sound annotations to a picture in the mobile terminal, comprising: selecting and displaying a picture on a display device of the mobile terminal; selecting an arbitrary position on the picture; starting a sound recording function to record sound annotations for said arbitrary position on the picture; and saving the picture and the recorded sound annotations. With the present disclosure, a user of the mobile terminal can conveniently add sound annotations to a photo when the photo is taken with a camera included in the mobile terminal, so as to record wonderful “sound and picture” contents, or edit and send multimedia messages having “sound hyperlinks”. A method and device for adding a visual mark onto a picture, and a mobile terminal including the device are also disclosed.

摘要： A method of time budgeting an integrated circuit (IC) including acquiring a graph data structure and clock cycle requirements, where the graph data structure includes at least two identical blocks of a plurality of blocks that correspond to an identical design module. The method acquires internal and external delay values ports of each design module, and sets parameters, which include the internal and external delay values of the at least two identical blocks as equivalent for the identical blocks. The method performs optimization of the parameters of the ports of all of the blocks, and determines whether the optimized parameters of each of the ports satisfy predetermined requirements of the IC. The method outputs a final design of the IC design based on results of the optimization for manufacturing of the IC based on the final design.
