    • A mounting device for a data storage device has a retaining hole defined in a side surface thereof. The mounting device includes a bracket for receiving the data storage device, and a retaining member rotatably attached to the bracket. The bracket includes a sidewall and a bottom wall. A first elastic piece is formed on the sidewall. A positioning tab extends towards the side surface of the data storage device from a free end of the first elastic piece. The retaining member includes a first pressing portion. The first pressing portion presses the free end of the first elastic piece towards the data storage device. The positioning tab on the free end of the first elastic piece inserts into the retaining hole of the data storage device for mounting the data storage device.

    • A storage device assembly includes a storage device, a bracket and a securing member. The storage device defines a first securing hole. The bracket includes a sidewall with an opening. The securing member is attached to an outside of the sidewall and includes an actuating end, a securing end, and a pivot portion formed between the actuating end and the securing end. The actuating end includes a ridge portion. The pivot portion is pivotally attached to the sidewall. The storage device abuts the actuating end of the securing member to force the securing end to pivot toward the sidewall and engage the first securing hole, and the actuating end extends through the opening and to be pressed by the storage device when located in the bracket.

    • A mounting apparatus for securing a power supply (10) includes a chassis (50), a retainer (30) and a spring (40). The power supply includes a plurality of locking holes (12) at a sidewall thereof, and two screws (14) threaded in the sidewall. The chassis includes a side panel (51) and a rear panel (53). The side panel has two slots (54), and a plurality of locking tabs (52) engaging in the locking holes. The retainer is slidably attached to the side panel, and connected to the side panel via the spring. The retainer includes two receiving portions (33), each having a slanted guiding surface (331). A locking portion (36) is formed near one end of the guiding surface. The screws slide along the slots and the guiding surface, then snappingly engage into the locking portions, thereby securing the power supply in the chassis.
