摘要： Disclosed is a method for fabricating a cliché that can prevent formation of a defective thin film pattern, and a method for forming a thin film pattern using the same. The method for fabricating a cliché includes providing a base substrate having first and second regions, forming a first depressed pattern having a first depth and a first width at a first region, and a second depressed pattern having a second width greater than the first width and a depth the same with the first depth at a second region, forming a protective film for exposing the second region and covering the first region, the protective film having adhesivity, forming the second depressed pattern to have a second depth deeper than the first depth of the first depressed pattern at the first region by using the protective film having the adhesivity, and removing the protective film.

According to an embodiment, the LCD device includes a plurality of gate lines and data lines arranged on a substrate to define a plurality of unit pixels; thin film transistors (TFTs) each formed at an intersecting region of the gate lines and the data lines; a plurality of gate pad portions and data pad portions formed at end portions of the gate lines and the data lines, respectively, at least one of the gate and data pad portions being made up of at least two pad unit portions, each pad unit portion having at least one contact hole such that the contact holes of one of the plurality of gate or data pad portions are arranged in a zigzag or an oblique line format; and pixel electrodes formed at the unit pixels.

摘要： The present invention is for a switchable 3-dimensional conversion device having a spacer stably formed at a predetermined height by imprinting, a manufacturing method thereof and a stereoscopic image display device using the same, the method includes: providing a first electrode on an inner surface of a first substrate; applying a resin material to the first electrode to a predetermined thickness; placing a mold structure which has a concave part formed with a predetermined depth thereon, on the resin material; stamping the resin material using the mold structure, in order to form a spacer pattern; dry etching the spacer pattern to form a spacer; forming a plurality of second electrodes, which are spaced from one another and have longitudinal axes in one direction, respectively, on a second substrate; and arranging the first and second substrates opposite to each other, bonding the same, and forming a liquid crystal layer between the first and second substrates.
