摘要： There is provided an information recording medium that reduces operation of shifting information backward or putting information forward closer together upon recording/deleting/dividing information to facilitate processes of recording/deleting/dividing information. An information recording medium records Programs 1 composed of image data, etc., UPGR 3 that refers to at least a part of the Programs 1, PGRG 5 that refers to the UPGR 3, a PGRM that collectively records the UPGR 3 and reference information thereof, and a PGRGM that collectively records the PGRG 5 and reference information thereof. When recording the UPGR 3, the information recording medium refers to the reference information contained in the PGRM, and when invalid reference information or reference information giving no reference to any UPGR 3 is present, records the UPGR 3 using the reference information. When recording the PGRG 5, the information recording medium refers to the reference information contained in the PGRGM, and when invalid reference information or reference information giving no reference to any PGRG 5 is present, records the PGRG 5 using the reference information.

The sampling signal is filtered at one of conversion rates of 147/160, 160/147, and 1/1 by using a prototype filter, based on the first sampling frequency and the second sampling frequency, and a filtering signal is produced. The filtering signal is filtered by a low pass filter having a predetermined cutoff frequency band, and a low frequency signal is produced. A down-sampling device is provided for down-sampling the low frequency signal by one half.

Next, when a content transfer request is sent to a node managing a content, the node accesses a content holding node in accordance with the held location information, downloads a volume of a divided content indicated by the partial information, and uploads the volume of the divided content to a node that sends the content transfer request.
