摘要： The invention provides a ceramic conveyor belt assembly including a plurality of first conveyor belt parts, each comprising front and rear transverse bars and left and right longitudinal bars connecting the transverse bars, and pins located on the front and rear transverse bars and extending laterally therefrom. Further, there exists a plurality of second conveyor belt parts in the shape of a columnar member, each having a keyhole shaped so as to conform with the corresponding portion of the transverse bars. This ceramic conveyor belt is excellent in heat resistance and chemical resistance, unlikely to form rust and less likely to undergo loss in strength even at high temperature. In case some parts fail, they can be easily replaced by new parts.

The machine includes a supply assembly for selectively supplying a parallel lead electronic component to be inserted. An insert assembly including a holding and guiding sub-assembly for receiving the selected electronic component from the chuck at the release position and a push bar sub-assembly adapted to engage the electronic component at the release position and displace the electronic component to an inserted position in the printed circuit board. A table assembly for positioning the receiving openings in the board into alignment with the parallel leads of the electronic component in the insert position such that each electronic component is received in the appropriate receiving openings.

摘要： Screen printing and chip mounting are executed in a dry air atmosphere to prevent generation of solder balls due to absorption of moisture by a flux ingredient of paste solder. Screen printing of the solder on a board takes place in a space which has the board, a printing screen and a squeegee arranged therein and is formed therein with a dry air atmosphere having a pressure slightly higher than that of an atmosphere outside the space. Likewise, mounting of a chip on the board is carried out in a like space. Also, a reflow step is executed in a reflow oven kept at a dry air atmosphere.
