    • In a database management system including a request reception server and a plurality of execution servers, each having a plug-in program module incorporated by a user, the request reception server analyzes a processing request from the user to determine whether or not the plurality of execution servers require currently unidentified input parameters when executing external functions in their plug-in modules, based on a definition information table created from descriptions of interface specifications for the plug-in program modules. When it is determined that the execution servers require such input parameters, an external function in the plug-in program module in the request reception server is executed to previously acquire the unidentified input parameters. The request reception server creates an execution processing procedure code, to be executed by the plurality of execution servers, assuming that the unidentified input parameters have already been inputted, and passes the execution processing procedure code together with the input parameters acquired by the request reception server to the plurality of execution servers.

    • A user defined ADT function (to be implemented by an embedded module assigned to the function) is executed with module calling triggers other than the execution of the ADT function described in an SQL statement in a database management method which allows the user to define a data type. By creating a proper execution procedure command package, an embedded module implementing an ADT function can be executed even if the function is defined in a format to return execution results as a set. The database processing method includes an ADT function analysis for selecting a procedural model for creating a proper execution procedure command package in accordance with an evaluation style and a non-ADT function called embedded module analysis for adding information on embedded modules called on module calling triggers other than execution of ADT functions. Examples of module calling triggers other than execution of ADT functions include module calling triggers specified by embedded module defining information which includes the evaluation style of the embedded module in addition to the module calling triggers.

    • A cogeneration system (100) of the present invention comprises a SOFC (13) configured to generate electric power through a power generation reaction by using a fuel gas supplied to the fuel cell and air supplied to the fuel cell; a reformer (16) configured to generate a reformed gas by utilizing power generation reaction heat and combustion heat; a vaporizer (15) configured to generate the steam to be added to the fuel gas supplied to the reformer (16) by utilizing the power generation reaction heat and the combustion heat; an ammonia absorption chiller (10) configured to cool a target by consuming a portion of the power generation reaction heat and a portion of heat of an exhaust gas having the combustion heat which remain after the reformer (16) and the vaporizer (15) have consumed the heat, and cool the exhaust gas by consuming the portion of the heat; and a condensation unit (30) configured to cool the exhaust gas after the ammonia absorption chiller (10) has consumed the portion of the heat owned by the exhaust gas, to condense a moisture contained in the exhaust gas to generate condensed water.
