摘要： A segmentation system in which, in recording a PCM audio signal on a magnetic tape or the like, a signal divided in 5 per field is divided into 4 segments per field with high capabilities of error correction and a mean value interpolation for burst errors etc. Regarding the signal of a deep-layer record PCM format, in which each subframe (3 in FIGS. 1(a)-1(c)) is formed of 30 blocks of only even data or odd data and in which data frames (4) each including 1 subframe of the even data and 1 subframe of the odd data in combination are formed in the number of 5 per frame, the even data items are arranged in the first half part of a PCM record area on the tape, and the odd data items in the latter half part. Further, each superblock (1) is constituted by 2 blocks adjacent to each other, a C2 parity (22) of 3 superblocks being an error correcting parity is extracted from 1 subframe, with every 4 of the remaining 12 superblocks forming 1 area block (2), and the 3 area blocks are located in 3 segments differing from one another. In the case where the PCM audio signal is recorded by an HD VTR or the like by utilizing the signal processing of the deep-layer record PCM format, the segmentation warrants high capabilities for mean value interpolation and error correction for burst errors etc.

摘要： An apparatus for recording and reproducing a video signal and a PCM audio data sampled by a sampling frequency being asynchronous to a field frequency of a video signal. The apparatus enables to record and reproduce the digital data formatted at each field. The apparatus includes an address control circuit for switching the number of sample values to be recorded per field and a clock generating circuit. The clock generating circuit provides a VCO for forcibly stopping the switching of the number of the sample values, keeping the number of the sample values constant and generating a sampling clock being synchronous to a field frequency, based on a signal sent from an input terminal for a selecting signal. When recording a different digital data from the PCM audio data, the sampling clock sent from the clock generating circuit is used in the address control circuit.

摘要： A digital information signal transmitting/receiving method and system having a transmitter for transmitting an encrypted digital information signal and a plurality of receivers for receiving the encrypted digital information signal from the transmitter. The transmitter simultaneously distributes a plurality of identification codes associated with the receivers at a time ahead of the digital information signal. The receivers detect whether a particular identification code assigned to the receiver was included within a received plurality of identification codes. When the particular identification code has been detected as having been received the received encrypted digital information signal is decrypted into the original digital information. In order to request that a particular identification code be included so as to allow access to a program, either one of the receivers or the recorders each generate an information request signal. The transmitter is responsive to the information request signals to add to the digital information signal at a time ahead of the digital information signal, identification signals for identifying the receivers or the recorders which generated the information request signals, thereby producing a transmission signal formed of those signals, and to distribute this transmission signal to the receivers. The recorders control the received information signal to be recorded in response to the identification signals received by the receivers.

The device outputs a selected one of the inputted digital signal and the multiplexed digital signal as a digital recording signal, and records the digital recording signal to produce a recorded digital signal.

In the operation of reproducing the recorded PCM data, the PCM data reproduced by reproduction heads are stored in accordance with a first control signal, errors in the stored reproduced data are detected in accordance with a second control signal, the numbers of errors are counted, comparison is made between the error number of the odd number data and that of the even number data of the first channel and of the second channel, respectively, and the data which has been judged to include a larger number of errors are replaced by interpolated data and finally the interpolated data are mute-processed at the boundary between adjacent frames.

摘要： Provided are a varnish mainly containing a polyester imide and capable of forming a low-permittivity insulating layer, as well as an insulated electronic wire achieving low permittivity by using the varnish. The varnish mainly contains a polyester imide resin obtained by reacting a carboxylic acid including a dicarboxylic acid, or an anhydride or alkyl ester thereof (carboxylic acid or derivative thereof), an alcohol, and a diamine compound with one another. In the varnish, adjustment is made such that a molar ratio (OH/COOH) of hydroxyl groups of the alcohol to carboxyl groups of the carboxylic acid or derivative thereof becomes 1.9 or less or such that a content of highly polarized imide groups per unit amount of polyester imide chain is reduced by increasing molecular weights of the raw material monomers.
