The double sliding-type portable communication terminal includes a body housing and a sliding housing movably coupled to the body housing so as to slide on the body housing in a first direction and a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction. The sliding module includes a base member, a first sliding member laminated on the base member to enable the sliding housing to slide on the body housing in the first direction, a second sliding member integrally mounted on the sliding housing and laminated on the first sliding member to allow the sliding housing to slide on the body housing in the second direction, and a guide member provided for the sliding housing to guide the sliding movement of the second sliding member.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a bar-type wireless communication terminal, and a rotary type hinge device thereof. The bar-type wireless communication terminal comprises a lower body and an upper body. The lower body is installed at its one side surface with a camera lens unit, and at its front and rear surfaces with first and second keypads, respectively. The upper body is coupled to the upper end of the lower body so that it is rotatable in a twisting direction relative to a rotation axis extending in a longitudinal direction of the lower body. The upper body is installed at its front surface with a display device. According to the bar-type wireless communication terminal constructed as stated above and a rotary type hinge device thereof, it is possible to provide the user with a wider choice of the terminals. In addition, in conjunction with a display device and a camera lens unit additionally installed to the wireless communication terminal, the image display direction of the display device as well as an aim direction of the camera lens unit can be set at various different angles, thereby allowing the user to conveniently utilize the wireless communication terminal for image capturing and video communications.

The Ag alloy comprises Ag and at least one of alloy elements and the alloy elements each bearing a low melting point. The gate line assembly comprises a gate electrode and a gate line. A data line assembly crosses over the gate line assembly while being insulated from the gate line assembly. The data line assembly comprises a source electrode, a drain electrode and a data line. A semiconductor layer contacts the source electrode and the drain electrode. The semiconductor layer forms a thin film transistor together with the gate electrode, the source electrode and the drain electrode. A pixel electrode is connected to the drain electrode.

摘要： In a method for fabricating a thin film transistor array substrate, a glass substrate undergoes an oxygen plasma treatment. A silver or silver alloy-based conductive layer is deposited onto the substrate, and patterned to thereby form a gate line assembly proceeding in the horizontal direction. The gate line assembly includes gate lines, gate electrodes, and gate pads. Thereafter, a silicon nitride-based gate insulating layer is deposited onto the substrate, and a semiconductor layer and an ohmic contact layer are sequentially formed on the gate insulating layer. The semiconductor layer and the ohmic contact layer are HF-treated. A silver alloy-based conductive layer is deposited onto the substrate, and patterned to thereby form a data line assembly. The data line assembly includes data lines crossing over the gate lines, source electrodes, drain electrodes, and data pads. A protective layer based on silicon nitride or an organic material is deposited onto the substrate, and patterned through dry etching such that the protective layer bears contact holes exposing the drain electrodes, the gate pads and the data pads, respectively. An indium zinc oxide or indium tin oxide-based layer is deposited onto the substrate, and patterned to thereby form pixel electrodes, and subsidiary gate and data pads. The pixel electrodes are electrically connected to the drain electrodes, and the subsidiary gate and data pads to the gate and data pads.
