摘要： A green phosphor including a compound represented by Formula 1 (Y3-xMx) (Al5-yM′y)O12:Cez and a pigment. 摘要： A cathode-ray tube for preventing electrification and shielding electromagnetic waves and manufacturing method thereof are provided. A cathode ray tube of the invention includes a transparent conductive film and a transparent insulating protective film, an electrode formed on at least a part of an inactive screen and on sides of the panel portion before the transparent conductive film and the transparent insulating protective film are coated; and a conductive tape coated with a conductive adhesive, electrically connecting the electrode and an, explosive-proof band. According to this invention, a panel of the cathode ray tube is grounded by an electrode being in direct contact with a transparent conductive film, which provides more effective grounding than that through a protective film. At the same time, the cathode ray tube panel can effectively suppresses static electricity buildup and blocks electromagnetic waves by providing a path to ground through which excess electric charge generated on the surface of a cathode-ray tube can easily flow off, while preventing damage to an electrode.

摘要： A flat panel display device includes: a substrate; an electrode composed of metal; and an adhesive layer interposed between the substrate and the electrode. The electrode of the flat panel display device has excellent conductivity. The method of manufacturing the flat panel display device includes: preparing a metal substrate; forming a metal plating substrate by forming a plating mask layer on the metal substrate; forming an electrode on the metal plating substrate; separating the electrode, which is formed on the metal plating substrate, from the metal plating substrate with a cohesive layer; placing the separated electrode on another substrate using an adhesive composition; separating the cohesive layer from the electrode; and heat treating the adhesive composition to form an adhesive layer, the adhesive layer attaching the electrode to the another substrate. This method reduces the likelihood of malfunctioning electrodes being produced and leads to reduced manufacturing costs and processing time.
