    • Disclosed herein is a highly-durable electrode tool for electrochemical machining, which can prevent the corrosion and abrasion of a conductive pattern at the time of electrochemical machining for forming dynamic pressure-generating grooves of a fluid dynamic bearing, and a method of manufacturing the same. The electrode tool for electrochemical machining includes: an electrode substrate on which a conductive pattern is formed to have protrusions corresponding to the fine grooves and to which negative current is applied; a nonconductive insulating layer, covering an entire top surface of the electrode substrate excluding the conductive pattern; and a conductive layer, which is formed on the conductive pattern to protect the conductive pattern, and a top surface of which is the same height as a top surface of the nonconductive insulating layer.

    • Provided is a cleaning method using a cleaning robot achieving high cleaning efficiency without expensive sensors. The cleaning method using the cleaning robot includes: a first step of traveling and performing a cleaning operation along a path determined by a winding pattern from a cleaning start point by the cleaning robot; a second step of, when the cleaning robot detects an obstacle, traveling and performing the cleaning operation along an outer wall of the obstacle; and a third step of, when the cleaning robot arrives at the path determined by the winding pattern while traveling and performing the cleaning operation along the obstacle, traveling and performing the cleaning operation along the remaining path determined by the winding pattern.

    • A unified control switch module includes a printed circuit board, a waterproof pad, and one or more knobs. The printed circuit board includes switches and light-emitting elements mounted thereon. The waterproof pad is coupled to the printed circuit board, and is provided with first protrusions, which are formed at respective locations that correspond to the switches, and second protrusions having respective through-holes, which are formed at respective locations that correspond to the light-emitting elements. The knobs are located on the waterproof pad, and are provided with respective lower ends, which are formed to extend outwards from the through-holes.
