    • An apparatus for detecting leakage of fluid comprises a bridge circuit composed of a heat generating resistance element connected in one arm and installed at a location where leakage of fluid may possibly occur and other resistor elements inserted in other arms, respectively, an input power supply source connected to the input of the bridge circuit and a differential amplifier connected to the output of the bridge circuit for amplifying an unbalance voltage produced by the bridge circuit, wherein the resistor elements inserted in the other arms of the bridge circuit are so dimensioned that the heat generating resistance element is maintained in a heat generating state.

    • A normally closed solenoid valve (100) includes a housing (10), and a valve element (21), a movable core (22), a first spring (23), a second spring (24), a coil (25), a stator core (26), and other components, which are assembled to the housing (10). The valve element (21) is arranged so as to be seatable on and unseatable from a valve seat (12c). The movable core (22) is assembled to a cylinder section (11b) of the housing (10) so as to be movable integrally with the valve element (21) in an axial direction of the movable core (22). The first spring (23) is configured to bias the valve element (21) and the movable core (22) toward the valve seat (12c). The coil (25) and the stator core (26) are configured to generate an electromagnetic force resistive to a load of the first spring (23) for the movable core (22) through energization of the coil (25). The second spring (24) is configured to apply a load smaller than and resistive to the load of the first spring (23) to the valve element (21) and the movable core (22). The normally closed solenoid valve (100) further includes a load adjusting mechanism capable of adjusting the load of the first spring (23), and a stroke adjusting mechanism capable of adjusting an unseating stroke of the valve element (21) from the valve seat (12c).

    • There are provided a curable fluorine-containing polymer which can realize a high hardness by photo-curing while maintaining a low refractive index, an antireflection film possessing improved scratch resistance and abrasion resistance while maintaining a reflection reducing effect, and an antireflection-treated article provided with such an antireflection film. The curable fluorine-containing polymer has a number average molecular weight of from 500 to 1,000,000 and is represented by the formula (1): AM  (1) in which the structural unit M is a structural unit derived from a fluorine-containing ethylenic monomer and represented by the formula (M): wherein X1 and X2 are the same or different and each is H or F; X3 is H, F, CH3 or CF3; X4 and X5 are the same or different and each is H, F or CF3; Rf is an organic group in which 1 to 3 of Y1 (Y1 is a monovalent organic group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms and an ethylenic carbon-carbon double bond at its end) are bonded to a fluorine-containing alkyl group having 1 to 40 carbon atoms or a fluorine-containing alkyl group having 2 to 100 carbon atoms and ether bond; a is 0 or an integer of from 1 to 3; b and c are the same or different and each is 0 or 1, the structural unit A is a structural unit derived from a monomer copolymerizable with the fluorine-containing ethylenic monomer represented by the formula (M), and the structural unit M and the structural unit A are contained in amounts of from 0.1 to 100% by mole and from 0 to 99.9% by mole, respectively.
