      SOLUTION: In this device, a plurality of oil dampers are provided in parallel, piston rods for part of oil dampers are set in opposite directions to directions of the other piston rods, and cylinders are integrated. An intermediate plate 46 is provided between installation bases 2 and 3. Oil damper devices 1a and 1b in Z-axis directions are installed between the installation base 2 and the intermediate plate 46. For oil damper devices 7a and 7b in X-axis directions and an oil damper device 7c in a Y-axis direction, their piston rods are installed on the intermediate plate 46 and the installation base 3 through mechanisms 41a-41c and 42a-42c which slide perpendicularly to respective action axes.

      SOLUTION: A vehicular air-conditioner for a freight car with a compressor built therein is attached to a place outside a cabin as an air-conditioner independent from an engine, and controlled from the inside of the cabin to supply conditioned air into the cabin. A power source is a generator using on-vehicle fuel or an exclusive battery.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method and apparatus capable of controlling the exposure of a filler.
      SOLUTION: A resin compound having a metal powder added thereto as the filler is melted to be plasticized and this molten material is temporarily metered so as to become a volume more than that of a resin molded article to be manufactured and the temporarily metered molten material is injected in a mold to be introduced into a cavity while increasing and changing the internal volume of the cavity corresponding to the volume of the injected molten material. The internal volume of the cavity is reduced and changed to discharge the molten material excessively introduced into the cavity to the outside of the cavity. When the internal volume of the cavity becomes an internal volume calculated by adding the volume corresponding to the shrink quantity at the time of cooling of the molten material to the volume of the resin molded article to be manufactured, the cavity is closed. Thereafter, the volume of the cavity is further reduced down to the volume of the resin molded article to be manufactured not only to pressurize the molten material but also to cool the molten material under pressure to solidify the same.
